Marra Construction delivered a modern learning environment for Tauranga Intermediate, comprising three interlinked teaching pods and a central amphitheatre. Completed on a modest budget, the project earned dual honours at the NZIA Regional Awards for Education and Colour, recognising both its spatial innovation and bold design execution.
