Comvita’s East Wing facility in Paengaroa is a custom-built warehouse and production space designed for honey storage, processing, and office use. With 3,500m² of storage space and advanced temperature control, the building also integrates one of New Zealand’s largest solar panel systems. Marra Construction delivered this $5 million project as the first stage in Comvita’s wider campus development, combining functional efficiency with sustainable building principles.
