Marra Construction successfully delivered a comprehensive facility upgrade at Cambridge Middle School, modernising key learning and amenity spaces to support the school’s educational environment. The scope of work centred on the complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of existing toilet facilities into modern, accessible unisex cubicles, supported by upgraded plumbing, enhanced ventilation systems, custom joinery, and accessibility improvements. Additional works included high-durability floor and wall linings, new commercial-grade aluminum joinery, carpet replacement in teaching areas, specialised acoustic wall treatments in the Art Room, and the general renewal of ancillary spaces.
Executed entirely within an active, live school environment, the project required rigorous planning, ongoing stakeholder communication, and proactive site management. Marra Construction prioritised health, safety, and strict noise and dust control throughout the construction process, ensuring seamless campus operations and full safety for staff and students while delivering high-quality improvements.
