This 15 million dollar redevelopment involved the demolition of the existing building from weathertightness issues and rebuild of modern facilities. These included a new science Block, performing arts building, Wharenui, technology block, food technology building, administration block and two learning house classrooms. The design of this school engages with the area’s unique landscape and history.
