New commercial build for a car hire company comprising office, kitchen, bathroom, workshop, and carwash facilities. The original rectangular floor plan was modified to incorporate an angled cut to one corner of the building, required to accommodate an existing large-format billboard on site. Works also included a new concrete slab, bulk excavation, services installation, and purpose-built drainage for the carwash.
