Nine Oaks is a major residential development directly undertaken by Marra’s own development company. The project comprises 48 two- and three-storey apartments constructed using RibRaft floors, Xlam CLT mid floors, and a combination of traditional timber framing and structural steel. Spread over a 10,000m² site, the fully landscaped development is one of Tauranga’s largest recent residential builds, reflecting Marra’s capability to deliver complex, large-scale projects.
